1. Shipping
I process orders 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. With Covid delays and permanently slowed USPS deliveries, there may be up to a 2 month delay! If you haven't received your order after 2 months (8 weeks), please contact me at [email protected] with your full name and order number and I can take a look! Please contact me as well if you received the wrong items!
2. International Shipping
I do ship internationally but please be aware that I base my shipping costs on USPS delivery rates! Shipping internationally will take 6-15 business days-- however, with Covid delays and permanently slowed USPS deliveries, there may be up to a 2 month delay!
3. Replacements
If your products are damaged during transit, e-mail me a photo and I can work on getting you a replacement. I am not responsible for products becoming damaged or stolen after they have safely arrived.
